KEMUNCAK KEJUARAAN MOTOMINI MALAYSIA 2026 SENGIT, DUA TIKET KE VALENCIA JADI TARUHAN DI SEPANG

Home » KEMUNCAK KEJUARAAN MOTOMINI MALAYSIA 2026 SENGIT, DUA TIKET KE VALENCIA JADI TARUHAN DI SEPANG

🇬🇧 Sepang, Selangor | 15 September 2026 – The 2026 MotoMini Malaysia Championship will officially draw to a close with the joint staging of Rounds 4 and 5 at the Sepang International Kart Circuit, Selangor, from 18 to 20 September.

The season finale promises plenty of excitement for all the young riders, with a maximum of 100 points up for grabs in the double-header format, featuring four races over two days, with two races on Saturday followed by another two on Sunday.

With a maximum of 100 points still available, the championship standings in all categories remain wide open, meaning the champions will only be decided in the closing stages of the season.

Adding to the intensity at Sepang, the top two riders from the 160cc category and the top two riders from the 190cc category will earn the opportunity to represent Malaysia on the international stage at the MotoMini World Final in Valencia, Spain.

Heading into the decisive weekend at Sepang, attention will be firmly focused on seven-year-old sensation Haqim Al Mahdi of HF MotoMini Team, who has established himself as the rider to beat in the SIC Ohvale Junior Championship category.

His perfect record of six consecutive victories across the previous three rounds has earned him the maximum 150 points, making him the leading contender to be crowned champion.

The MotoMini Malaysia 160cc category, meanwhile, promises a thrilling battle between championship leader Al-Adam Mikail (Scooter.MY ZNEXLAB IGOL Racing Team) and his closest challenger, Qaish Isyraf.

Although Al-Adam currently holds a comfortable 133 points following a double victory in Beranang, his 19-point advantage does not guarantee an easy run to the title, with Qaish on 114 points ready to make a late-season challenge. Aryan Mikhail sits third with 81 points.

A similarly dramatic battle is expected in the MotoMini Malaysia 190cc category, where overall championship leader Qasha Irfan Azlan of Team 4 Racing continues to face strong pressure despite leading the standings with 135 points.

Qasha is being closely pursued by his three nearest challengers – Qayyim Razin (104 points), Malek Ridha (95 points) and Adam Aiman (89 points) – all of whom still have a strong chance of claiming the championship should the leader encounter any difficulties on track.

Meanwhile, in the RCB MotoKidz Championship, M8 Racing Team rider Faith Mikael is in the strongest position to secure the overall title this season. His podium finish at the previous round has helped him maintain a comfortable lead in the championship with 126 points, leaving the chasing pack to close the gap.

Commenting on the season finale at Sepang, MotoMini Malaysia Programme Director Zulfahmi Khairuddin stressed that the current points advantage does not guarantee any safe position for the championship leaders.

🇬🇧 “The MotoMini Malaysia Round 4 and Round 5 have been combined into a ‘double-header’ due to the limited dates available from the circuit, while also meeting Dorna’s requirement for the series to be completed by October. This will allow them to invite the two best riders from the 160cc and 190cc categories.
What I hope for most is that the races can take place safely. Interestingly, the championship battle in the 110cc category is quite clear, while the 160cc category will see a three-way fight between Al-Adam, Qaish Isyraf and Aryan Mikhail, who will all be competing for the championship title this season.

In the 190cc category, we will see who comes out on top and claims the championship. Meanwhile, the RCB MotoKidz Championship is also a very interesting category, with several young riders battling it out.

I am confident that the competition will be full of excitement because we know that anything can happen when these small motorcycles race on a big circuit. I hope the four races this weekend can be maximised by all the riders and that everything runs safely and smoothly, without any issues.

All the preparations have been completed, and I would like to invite all supporters and MotoMini fans to come to Sepang this week to show their support for all our young riders.”
